Very happy with the place but the information I received about the car park was not good. I rang the Mercure the day before and wasn't given clear instructions as to which Wilson parking I was to use. On the day of arrival I wasn't asked about car parking and wasn't offered to validate the car parking ticket, I noticed another person mention it and this is how found out. Because of the lack of communication with the staff, it cost us an extra $69 in car parking. (Not happy) After a search on your web site i eventually found the information (the is no link of the front page on the web site).
