The only reason I gave two stars instead of one is...
The only reason I gave two stars instead of one is because of the salesman I was originally speaking with via email, he was extremely nice and helpful.
There was a big miscommunication, a huge problem with this place. So apparently there are two separate buildings, one for new cars and one for used cars, no one directed us in that area for used cars. Secondly the website said they open at 9 AM, and we were in the new car area and no one arrived until about 9:10 AM, the service section was open and we asked them when did the sales associates arrive and they did not even have a definitive answer for us. So basically we went in looking for used car specifically one that I was looking into online. So there was a miscommunication about who I was supposed to see for the used cars and they started arguing 15 feet away from us, not even trying to be discreet about it or not even trying to hide it. Then they continue to argue outside, and then when one of them came back in the sales associate next to us was asking him what was wrong and she kept pointing at us and looking at us like we can t see or hear ANYTHING. Come to find out the entire hour that we were there, The vehicle have been in the service waiting for a new ENGINE. Why is the vehicle on the website if it s not ready to be looked at? I specifically asked if the vehicle is ready to be looked at an answer I got was the yes. This place is definitely not professional and the communication is definitely under par.
