I've been pleased with my experiences with Doctor Howard. She seems very pragmatic and has been willing to take as long as needed to cover any concerns. I found her after my previous sleep doctor stopped seeing patients and moved to research. There aren't that many neurologists in town for handling narcolepsy cases and I think Dr. Pamela Howard is a pretty good choice.
My only issue is it is pretty much impossible to get through to the office to speak with a live person for much of anything other than appointment scheduling.
Unlike other reviewers, I have not had problems with the front staff, nor have I seen any rudeness from them.
