Do not use Karmel Shuttle!!!

The shuttle from the airport to the hotel was fine and arrived on time. When the time came for the shuttle to pick us up from the hotel to the airport, I called the dispatch number to make sure the shuttle was still coming. The person on the phone said my ride is cancelled because I never showed up to the first shuttle. I was very confused because we did go on the shuttle to the hotel. The driver knew my name and my destination. The man on the phone was very rude. The customer service is terrible. We were very stressed, with a flight to catch and three small children. We ended up calling an Uber, which was much cheaper!! We will never use this company again and hope no one else does either.
