Very bad experience. Poorly trained and informed legal staff, as well as informal. The writing was a problem because of GMB and associates. They mismanaged the condo from the start and it wasn't even a year before the management was taken away due to the owners' disagreement.

To date, we have problems in the condominium. Of the units that have not sold, they have not paid maintenance fees since deliveries were made. In addition, common areas of the building were made by private units (of which they also do not pay maintenance) and do not offer the service.

They project you one thing and give you another, all hiding it well in the legal documentation. Now they offer to sell those units to be able to pay that debt with the condominium.

Surely after reading this message they will respond that they do not have me in their database, which is of little interest to me. I am not interested in contacting them.

TIP: Ask for references to owners of other condos where GMB was a developer before buying. Don't rely on just my comment. I know several non-conformists.

Compare the good and bad reviews here on Google. The bad ones are well founded and explained; the good ones, with poor arguments and little objective of what they evaluate.
