Normally and routinely this dealer gives top notch service and support. It was not their fault, but I was somewhat disappointed by the fact that bmw does not have schematic diagrams of fuse locations for my automobile. Nor did they have any idea about where I could find a fuse that I wanted to check. All they could tell was to bring the car in and pay labor hours so they could find the fuse. Ok? Not really to my thinking.
