After several attempts & 2 dealerships & being told there was no problem . They finally found the reason for the strange Oder coming from the vents in our 2019 Pacifica .
Service Manager TOBY MYERS went above & beyond to make sure the problem was found . He then went way beyond making sure it was fixed properly ! If we should ever have any other issues , we would only take it back to Toby W/ McLarty Daniel Chrysler & Jeep in Bentonville .
