Open Road Acura is pretty awesome. We traveled 350+ miles from Richmond VA to Wayne NJ to find the particular vehicle I desired. Upon arriving we were promptly and pleasantly greeted. Previous to our visit I had several email conversations with two wonderful ladies Jessica Q and Tiana V. When we arrived the wonderful Ms.Tiana came out to meet us an introduced my wife and I to the excellent Mr. Pedro D. Open Road Acura of Wayne has an immaculate facility and all the staff members were warm, friendly and energetic. I have to admit initially my wife and I were both fatigued from the drive and a bit financially intimidated but Pedro and Tiana made our vehicle purchase smooth and effortless. After our test drive we efficiently moved through the purchasing process with Pedro championing us on through each and every step. Purchasing a used car can be very stressful; after all you're just handing over your hard earn money to a nicely dressed stranger but Pedro made us feel very confident and comfortable with our purchase. I'm more of a straightforward person who loves accurate, clear and concise information and Pedro ablidged by being upfront and extremely personable. Just to conclude and wrap this review up my experience at Open Road Acura of Wayne was outstanding. Tiana V is awesome and extremely helpful. Pedro D is a gentleman and a scholar, he magnificently assisted us through each and every step in the purchasing process. I usually don't do review but I wanted to give Jessica Q, Tiana V and Pedro D their just kudos. You guys are awesome!
