I arrived on a Thursday and attempted to check-in, but rooms were not ready, at all. I waited nearly five hours before a room was ready for use. I was eventually able to get into my room at 8:30 pm. Additionally, I had an event there where a presentation had been planned, but a screen was unable to be put into the room. However, instead a TV was available, but we were never informed of that. When we told them we had a presentation and if we could get a screen, they simply told us no to the screen without ever mentioning there was a TV available. The food also wasn't ready when we entered the room so someone had to leave the event to inform the front desk we didn't have the food we ordered. While the hotel itself was very nice and the rooms were comfortable, the service was not what I would have expected for a hotel that has rooms ranging from $200+ to $300+.
