I scheduled Carmel for service from LGA to Manhattan. It was my first time using the service and everything turned out perfect. I scheduled the ride prior to arrival, notified then via the app of my arrival and within minutes I received a notification with a picture of my driver, the car they were driving, and their car number. It was safe and easy to use. Highly recommend. This is my review but I an award $10 car cash from Carmel for sharing it.
