I wrote a review of this course about 8 months ago. This is my revised review. I gave this course a 3 star before but it has since dropped down to a 2 star. Ive spent a very a while playing this course. Ive been playing here that past 8 months almost every week since Covid-19 hit and it has gone down hill hard.
The course layout itself I dont have a problem with. The staff are much better but the biggest complaint I have with this course is the pace of play problem. It is a HUGE PROBLEM. Its almost like there is no organization and no one keeping the groups moving. Every single time I go out on this course, it gets backed up. EVERY TIME. Even on slow days and with different tee times. There is no enforcement of golf course edicate or "ready golf". I got to hole #15 and there was 1 group on the green, 1 on the fairway, 1 on the teebox, me behind them and two more groups behind us. Thats 5 groups ALL ON ONE HOLE. That is ridiculous and pathetic and should NEVER happen. I gave victoria Hills 8 months to shape up since my first review but after what has happened and the lack of support, I will be taking my money elsewhere. The crazy part about it, is that this course is down the street for me. Not worth it. Plenty of other courses in the area that actually enforce pace of play and the rules. Its a shame because I would have loved to have became a member, not anymore.
