Manny Sekhon took attentive care of me from the moment I walked in the door. Service was extremely busy and instead of rushing me through my booked service appointment with vague details of when I could expect to pick up my vehicle he allocated time for completion. He additionally ensured I had a rental vehicle so I could attend personal and professional appointments while my Corolla was being serviced. He stayed late and arrived on his day off to make sure I was taken care of. I used to get my Corolla Serviced elsewhere and I can firmly say my customer service experience at this Oakville dealership exceeded my expectations. The Service team, detailers and shuttle team are all friendly and team players.
