l made an emergency call to ServiceOne about four hours after a furnace inspection was made at my home. My furnace was new, but my humidifier was still the old one from the original furnace. It looked OK at the time of the inspection, when the humidifier sprang a leak and my laundry room was all wet. I called ServiceOne who sent Alan D. to fix the issue. Despite being on multiple emergency calls that evening, Alan was like a skilled surgeon: very patient, while dealing with the problem with real skill and precision, fixing the problem in very little time. He also took the time to explain what went wrong and why, showed me a few important tips on continued maintenance of the this older humidifier and how to control this issue if it were to happen again. This is what I call 'total service'. He was very friendly, courteous and very helpful. He should be a doctor, and I gladly give him 5 stars!
