Saw an internet offer on their website. Scheduled a test drive online and immediately got a call from John, the internet sales manager. He had the car parked out front and waiting for me with a salesperson, Fred to assist me upon my arrival. Had my other car traded in and drove on home in my NEW NISSAN ROGUE in less than 4 hours. Everyone was helpful.
