Horrible customer service, basically told me they billed me twice and because i didn't follow up or receive bill they turned me into collection. I asked why my insurance was not billed as it was billed for the hospital portion and the rep stated she doesn't know sometimes that just happens and because i didn't respond to the two billing statements sent to me i was responsible and it was to late to bill insurance. I think it is wrong on behalf of the hospital to hire someone to bill for physician chargers but not give the information needed for billing.
