My daughter bought through VOLA SRL a plane ticket for a flight that was suspended due to COVID 19 and did not recover the money even after 5 months. Very careless!
Eventually, they offered him a voucher to use for the next two years. The problem is that in the next two years, my daughter will not have the physical time to travel, having other activities planned. And pay the ticket with money (lei), not with vouchers. I wonder if they also grant interest because they withheld some money for which they did not offer any service. Our acquaintances who purchased the tickets directly from the airlines did not encounter such problems. Those are serious companies that respect their brand.
