Apple India just seems to be interested in selling products and there is nothing beyond that. Welcome to a hell of post-sales service by Apple India. My Macbook Pro adapter stopped working and as per their service centre it will take 2 weeks to get it repaired and that too is not confirmed. Why the hell did I pay 1.4L for a 13" Macbook Pro????? Apple India management team is only interested in selling products and has no clue how the service is running. Apple US needs to have a close look at the service level in India. If the prices are strictly controlled then what is the control level on service. Apple India just wants to blind fold Apple USA and show sales. Apple US needs to be careful about investing in India as for sure their business will be a loss. Management seems to be happy with their salaries and bonuses. All the best!
