Horrible !!!!! I was with them for less then a mon...

Horrible !!!!! I was with them for less then a month or so and get a call saying your insurances had been cancelled .. why? Cause I didn't fill out a form that was supposed to be filled out when I got insurance with them .. they said well you can fill it out online .. I tried 3 time then had to go to the branch .. which isn't close for them To tell me " yeah we can't reinstate you sorry" . HORRIBLE COMPANY !!!! I bet they get the employees they have to give them 5 star ratings
