The products that I bought and had delivered were fine, but I felt the delivery fee of $65.00 was a bit steep given that I could have purchased that same chair and ottoman online and had it delivered to my door for free. My real complaint though is that the day it was delivered it had snowed heavily. When the people from Klingman's arrived they simply hauled my order through the kitchen and hallway and into the living room without putting on the disposable booties that most tradespeople use or even offering to remove their wet and dirty boots. That's not what I paid $65.00 for.
