Was a gym with nice facilities but horrible services. Unfaithful service from the merchant experience. I was been mischarge for a three fee, and indeed of refund, they trick me by language barrier excuses and none cooperate steps, never replying to my email, agree to refund and once I left the country they just ignore me! I try to ask Italian friend fo call over and got all the reply as sorry the manager is not available or we are sorry but we no longer could cooperate with the refund. We didn t even sign the contract ! The worst experience based on unfaithful people! Don t trust them
