I recently received treatment at a spine institute for my chronic back pain. The doctors at the facility were knowledgeable and provided options for pain management. However, the overall experience was average. The staff could have been more attentive and proactive in addressing my concerns. Additionally, the waiting time was longer than anticipated. Nonetheless, the treatment has helped alleviate some of my pain.
