Late delivery (supposed to be in 1-3 days but its been 7 days and items not delivered yet??????) and un-replied emails!!! Strongly advise NO ONE to purchase from this vendor. No contact number whatsoever available online. A truly frustrating company to buy from

EDIT: Company contacted me immediately after this review to rectify things and delivered within the same day.

2nd EDIT : Ordered a second round of deco last Thursday and its been one full week (more than the promised 1-3 working days) but item status shows "PACKING".

Do only order from HIPVAN if you enjoy receiving items late.
