I'm a fancy vegan now! Actually I'm not vegan but my mom is. We were in the neighborhood And decided to stop by crossroads to have breakfast. Since my mom is vegan we normally have to go to vegan restaurant and cross roads happens to be 100% plant-based right up her alley. She ordered the chicken and waffles and I ordered the raspberry French toast with almond marscapone feeling. The waiter was very helpful on guiding me a non-vegan through the menu. I also ordered a macho green tea latte and she had water. The restaurant was pretty packed lowlight and more of a nighttime dining scene. Our food came pretty fast and boy oh boy was it delicious. You would never know that my mom's fried chicken wasn't real fried chicken. It was well seasoned very crispy and juicy. My French toast first perfect. I kept saying the whole time I can't believe this is vegan. We will or I will for sure come back to CrossRoads vegan or non-vegan the food was delicious.
