Were charged an additional 45$ a night 'resort fee...

Were charged an additional 45$ a night 'resort fee' and a 30$ a night 'service fee' despite prepaying for the room online. Rooms were small and seedy, smelled of cleaning supplies, and the bathroom had suspicious looking brown stains on the door. Hallway and lounge smelled of alcohol and smoke (despite supposed no smoking policy). Were promised a room above the 19th floor but received one on the 8th. Overall an unpleasant experience.
