Terrible customer service. I made a mistake online in ordering, and emailed to try to change the order. Even though the shirts had not been made yet they said "sorry it has gone to production so we cannot change it now". To be clear, THEY HAD NOT MADE THE SHIRTS YET. The "Gone to production" excuse makes no sense. It is not the 1920's. All they would have to do is make a quick phone call. And this was my first order, so I can only imagine it gets worse from there. The result is I spent over $300 on shirts I am not going to wear. A "custom" shirt website that has no ability to provide customer service is a flawed business model.
