What a joke! This is not a professionally run company. I wouldn't recommend to ever rent from them. They will keep your deposit & blame you for items that were broken upon your arrival & charge you unnecessary charges for absurd reasons. We were things they said we did, but didn't ever do. When I tried to respond to Nancy, she quit answering my emails. They've basically called me a liar & wouldn't accept anything I had to say. NEVER will I do business with them again. If you see Professional Real Estate Management, rent from someone else!
