I'm not an expert in unagi, so all I can say is that I loved every bit of what I ate. The shredding of your own Wasabi is quite fun too!

The wait is long, but manageable if you're with friends. I went in a group of 5, so it took longer for them to get us a place. Best to come in pairs - you'll get seated first. Or just bring something to read.
