They did a great job. I had 43 tapes of my kids plays, soccer games, Christmas...all the stuff of them growing up. I have proofed a few discs but it is hard to see them behind watery eyes. It took longer than I hoped, but not longer than they said. I guess I wanted then sooner than realistic. However they sent regular emails on their progress and I always felt confident my family's memories would be safe.
