I was really hoping to be able to give this compan...

I was really hoping to be able to give this company 5 stars, but because of poor customer service and mixing my video tapes up, I cannot. I had all of my Hi-8 tapes organized and labeled as to what was on them. When I got the tapes back they were all in different cases and not the way I had sent them in. When I called customer service the first time, I was on hold for 10 minutes and then they hung up. Called again, same thing. I think after 10 minutes of being on hold, they drop your call. When I finally got a hold of someone, he said, "well, sometimes that happens". No apology or offer to make it right. As far as video quality, I compared them with a few I did on my own and the ones they did, seemed darker. Overall, not the experience I was hoping for. I may try another company for the rest of the videos I have.
