Like most people, I hate going to a dealership to buy a car. I looked online at many dealerships for a car. Most dealerships did not work with me or were not straight with the pricing on their vehicles. I finally came across Ginn in Covington and was in contact with them on a vehicle I wanted to purchase. I was in contact with Wes who is a manager there. We agreed on a price for the vehicle and he sent me the worksheet showing the vehicle price, fees, and taxes. I scheduled an appointment to go test drive and purchase the vehicle for the agreed upon price. The dealership looked old as I pulled in but they told me they are in the process of moving to a new location because the building was old and the lot was too small. I met with Wes who directed me to Ryan who was our sales consultant. He told Ryan we already had an agreed upon price and they had the vehicle ready for me to test drive. Paperwork was completed and they even contacted my bank to see if I would get a reduced rate for buying through them. They filled my tank and washed my vehicle spotless clean. Maycio did a fantastic job in going over the vehicle and it s components. He also ensured I received my registration for accounts with the vehicle prior to leaving. I had to contact him the next day because I didn t receive one email yet and wanted me to come in to make sure I had it taken care of. This dealership exceeded all my expectations and made this a great experience for my family. I recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle here if you want a fair deal.
