I came in for a new setting of my engagement ring, reusing my original center stone. I was not happy with the final product, I must say. However, Mr. Pat Kelly was extremely patient and understanding with my issues and concerns. In the end, I was able to trade for a gorgeous ring that I am very pleased with. Thank you!
