My first experience here was wonderful. Everybody was friendly and eager to help me as soon as I walked through the door. I'm a new guitar player and needed new strings. They took the time to show me how to string my guitar properly despite being very busy (it was a Saturday when I walked in and right when all the kids are getting back to school). I also love how they actually showed interest in me not only as a customer but as a musician. They had the thoughtfulness to ask what kind of music I like to play and spend a few minutes talking with me about my musical journey. Much more personable experience than you'll get from a franchised shop. I think I've found my new home for all my guitar needs. I'll be back for lessons too!
