I hired Ooh! Events for design and coordination as...

I hired Ooh! Events for design and coordination as well as rentals for my October wedding at Lowndes Grove. As a COVID-19 bride, I fully anticipated a stressful planning process, but Ooh! Events and specifically Emily Parham, my planner, took all the stress and worry off my shoulders. Leading up to the wedding, no question was too frivolous to shoot her an email about and she was so great about sending helpful reminders about when I had upcoming vendor payments. She also TOTALLY NAILED the design aesthetic I was going for from the start! We tweaked maybe one or two things but otherwise it was absolutely perfect, and she came up with ideas I either had never thought of or didn t know was possible. However, our actual wedding day is where I believe Emily and her assistant Caroline shone brightest and earned MVP status in my heart forever. The forecast was showing rain right around our ceremony time (which was outdoors) and Emily kept me up to date on the forecast and suggested we start with cocktail hour and then do the ceremony once it cleared. I was good with that but when there seemed to be a break in the clouds, Emily suggested we get the ceremony in and instead do two half-hour cocktail hours. Everything worked out great and my husband and I actually got time alone before the ceremony to eat hors d oeuvres. I knew there were several hiccups during the reception as well but only because I saw Emily and her team handling them before they ever became an issue. In the midst of handling all these things, Emily kept in constant communication with me to ensure my husband and I always had a full/chilled glass of whatever we wanted to drink, something to eat and that we got to do everything we wanted at our reception. I absolutely credit her with the success and beauty of our wedding and am so thankful to her and Ooh! Events for making our wedding dreams a reality.
