Most horrible experience I ve ever had getting a car. From salespeople all the way up to management!!! They actually tried to bait and switch vehicles on me when I was ready to sign! Kept switching offers every conversation I had as well. Thankfully I realized what they tried to do and stopped all the dealings with them last minute. They did not care at all what I was asking for (which vehicle) and kept trying to push completely different vehicleS on me. If I can give them a negative star rating I would!!!
PS: my review is for Plaza Toyota.
