My wife (who is an immigrant and who s first language is not English) was just a victim of poor decision making by this company. They follow the fine print instead of having integrity to be accountable for their own mistakes. Their company website said her insurance was still active the day of my wife s appointment and we did not know when her last official day of work was as she was between jobs . Instead of admitting that their computer shouldn t show the card active if it s not, they should train their customers how to login and turn the card off instead of pushing the blame on the customer. I am a native to Chattanooga and I must say there are some great people that work for BCBS of TN. But the company has grown so big that there is no integrity left in the managerial decision making. If you are an employer I would strongly suggest that you look for other options where you will find a more down-to-earth and fair-minded insurance company that cares about your employees.
