Absolute WORST staff I ve ever encountered. They had me on hold for half an hour, so I called back and was hung up on, not once but twice. Then I called back and sat on hold for yet another 15 minutes. Finally, someone answered and told me they couldn t help me. I informed her that I would be finding another doctor with competent staff. I also just received a bill from almost 3 years ago. Incompetent is putting it nicely. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
