ZERO STARS!!! This company and the staff are the absolute worst!!! My claim was submitted over a month ago. I called numerous times for staus and was told by several different ppl that the adjusted had approved the claim and that it was sent to a manager. I would get a call back 24-48hrs. That was over a week ago and still no call. I just called again for status and was told my claim was denied for failure to use caution and stroke their insurer. UNBELIEVABLE!! Their INSURER was in the Accident Investigation Lane and I was in the far LEFT lane getting OFF the HWY trying to turn LEFT when he crossed over 3 lanes and hit me on the right front panel. I called the police and the police came to the scene and the guy got a citation. Not to mention the guy called me numerous times and text me asking me to not file a claim and he would pay for the damages out of pocket. I have no idea how this company is still open with all the negative reviews it has.
