We weren't staying guests when my partner and I were in this resort back in early February. We happened to be kayaking (long story) but we got too tired so we decided to follow the current which took us to Balinsasayaw Resort. We ordered some light meals here and rested.

It is a really lush resort from what we were able to see but the reason I'm giving them 5 stars is because of their wonderful, kind staff.

Too tired to kayak again, we asked if they have a boat that we could rent to take us and our kayak back to Coron town and they said they do. And after a minute, they told us that they actually have a market boat going to the town which could take us for FREE instead. It just goes to show that they really wanted to help and it was more important than getting money from tired tourist washed up to their shore.

Furthermore, since we had to wait for the market boat, my partner and I decided to chill by the beach under a hut. And to our surprise, another staff member came to us telling us to not sit on the ground. He had a sunbed with him, gave it to us and even went to get another one. Again, we weren't paying guests (except for those sandwiches and soda we ordered) and yet we were treated very well. I could just imagine how they look after their actual guests.

So this is our little thank you to all of your staff! Looking forward to actually staying in here next time we are in Coron.
