We went in on a Saturday at 10 am because this clinic was recommended to us. When we got there, the front was crowded by so many people. When we went to the desk, we were told you have to show up before 8 am to fill out paperwork and sign in, and then wait for hours to be seen. We tried to fill out paperwork then and then come back the following week, but we weren't allowed to do that. If we had known that in the first place, we would've been there before 8. They don't have their hours anywhere online or at the location. They also have no information about showing up before 8 am posted anywhere. The communication here is awful and we really needed help and they turned us away. We will not be returning.
