I started my last review of Grand Center Inc. by asking the question: How does one describe Grand Center Incorporated ? And, ended the review by stating, They Will Always Be A Pathetic Group despite their Self Promoting Efforts. However, I will retract that ending statement because the word Pathetic might be too honorable for this group.

Some have asked why I refer to this Group as the Klan. The reason is that having lived in the south I have noticed many parallels between the Klu Kluxors and the Grand Center Inc. Board Klan Members. In my opinion, both are Supremacist Groups (an Individual or Group who assumes Supreme Authority) and, often like in these cases, attempts to Rule by - Fear & Hate -. While the Klu Kluxors used to hide behind white robes and caps, Grand Center Inc. "Klan" Members hide behind self-described philanthropic activities. But, in my opinion, they are nothing more than an Ambiguous / Loosely Defined Group of people who give with One Hand and then take back, or steal, with Both Hands. I believe, "Southern Poverty Law Center" who tracks "Hate Groups" should take a close look at Grand Center Incorporated.
Some might describe them as a Pack . ((Pack def. - A Group of Wild Animals Living and Hunting Together.)) I, however, choose to refer to them as the Pack Klan. That said, the Pack Klan seem to rely on their social status within the community to rally Emotional and Moral Support from a large Group of people thus drawing their strength in numbers. Unfortunately, this can sometimes lead to a Mob Like Mentality as in people who are influenced by their peers to adopt certain behaviors and beliefs based upon what they are told by others.

Since my last review on 11/13/17 the Pack Klan has reached an All-New-Low! Not just a low for the neighborhood, the city, or the state, but a low that transcends the globe! Since nothing this Group does surprises me anymore, I was not shocked to find out that we have been Criminally Charged by the "Saint Louis Political" Office of Kim Gardner, Circuit Attorney. I have stated in the past and continue to maintain that, Kim is nothing more than just another Political Crony who is held up by strings, pushed up and promoted by Groups of interest who also belong to the Pack Klan (more specifically "Individuals" working across the street at the Urban League of Saint Louis.)

Now to the All-New-Low
Bed and Breakfasts have operated around the world long before this country was founded, and surely in Saint Louis since it's founding as a French Fur trade territory in 1764. But, guess what? I might possibly be the first owner of a Bed and Breakfast, or any other property owner, in the history of Saint Louis to be Criminally Charged for renting rooms...and, all of this had to take place in the Grand Center Neighborhood!!! Surprise...Surprise...Surprise!!! or should I say... Predictable!!!
Even though we have a City of Saint Louis License and have been in business since 2010 and hosted many Guests from around the world for years, now all at sudden we are operating illegally. How interesting...

As stated earlier; these Bullying Tactics are the product of when individuals from large Groups start to develop a Mob Mentality. A Group of friends or associates (in this case - Judges, City / State Workers, Next door neighbors, Workers employed in the neighborhood, and yes, even a Police Officer who wrote a false police report... --more on the false police report later--) brought together by common circumstances or activities which can result into members of that Group participating into activities that they would not have as an individual...
