Stay as far away as possible from this company, when you sign up they are all so helpful after that they just bill you to death, send automatic samples you have to pay for and can't cancel, they measure your showroom for displays and Charge you and send you displays that don't fit we have 7 in our shop not open and non-returnable.
They claim to be a local NH. company but when you try and get out of the flawed program they send there Missouri law firm after you so you have to go to court there because the laws benefit them not their members.
You have a business advisor who will have an employee sign a contract telling them we can change it when the owner is back from vacation if they disagree in any way, tell them it has to be in the owners name and witness them signing the owners name, all so they can hold the owner personally responsible
They take your past sales by vendor list and go over the numbers with there so called " Accountants" so they can tell you the program won't cost you a dime "its a no Brainer" when in reality it will cost you around 1500.00 per quarter if your lucky
once you sign up they start charging you as if you're in the program and getting the benefits of the program even if it takes them 13 Months to get there displays in your showroom.
They try and take over your web site domain name so if there's a disagreement they can direct your long standing customers to the closest CCA store
When a competitor smart enough to get out of CCA continues advertising your TM brand they promise that there law firm and IT department will get them to stop so your advertisement dollars stop driving business to a competitors location, after several meetings on this topic you get the response "we tried but that's Google" nothing we can do
Hind site is 20/20 We now wish we had signed up with Big Bobs Flooring like so many of the local Flooring Americas have in the past few years.
In the time i wrote this review they lost another one in NH.
