Ordered a Desk and Chair for next day delivery, both apparently in stock. Desk turned up the next day but the chair was not on the invoice. Called later that week and there was a message saying it may take 5 working days for 'next day' item. Gave it another week before I started calling/emailing them. Nothing back, no response to my 6 emails in the last month, cannot get through to customer services, was on hold for an hour last week before it cut off. Now you cannot wait on hold as it just says to call back later. All I want is someone to answer me, tell me roughly when it will be here, even if it is a few more weeks. Funny enough I did just get through to someone, the line went a bit wrong and I ended up talking to debt collection! Funny enough they said I had come through to the wrong extension, they transferred me to the message that cut me off.
