I went to Airport Infiniti to look and test drive on a Monday. I had not been car shopping in 12 years. First I was treated like a wonderful person. Nobody was pushy, instead they were friendly. Shawn Chambers got to know me...he's like my new BFF. That same week, I returned with my husband on a Thursday at 5 p.m. We drove off the lot at 11 p.m. with 2 vehicles, yes 2, not 1. My husband car shopped about 6 years ago. All in all this was both of our best experiences. First they listen. Second they take you out to drive. Third they show you everything. They provide red carpet service. I don't feel like I was at a car dealership at all. I feel like I was out with friends having fun. They were very concerned about my wants and needs. While I had every intention of shopping for several months, I just had that gut feeling that I knew this was right. Sort of like when you find your wedding dress or you know this is the home for you. I highly recommend them. They really do treat me like I'm somone special.
