I had an issue with the control arms on my 2006 Escape Hybrid. After having it inspected by another mechanic in the south hills earlier this month, I took my car into Kenny Ross for a front end alignment. I was notified by Paula Mooney, my service advisor, that the ball joints were unsafe and needed to be replaced immediately. Dan Walsh, the mechanic, actually approached me to explain the issues I was having. I contacted Paula on March 6th and she scheduled an appointment for me on Monday, March 9th. I commend her for understanding the severity of the issue and getting my car in the shop so quickly for the needed repairs. When I was dropped off to pick my car up on Tuesday, I spoke to Dan in person and he again explained the repairs he made to my vehicle. I can tell you that he's an excellent mechanic and I trust his word. Paula and Dan have both given me peace of mind knowing there are honest people in the industry and I can assure you they are an asset to the Kenny Ross team. Even though I've been doing business with the other mechanic who previously inspected my vehicle, I will no longer be using them for any inspections or repairs. From now on, I will only be using Kenny Ross Ford South for the repairs on both of my Ford vehicles. Again, I want to express my gratitude to both Paula and Dan for helping me get the repairs done and making my car safe to drive. They are great people and I look forward to doing business with them again in the future!
