The first and only interaction with this agency is dramatic. He refused for 3 months to return the money to my account for 3 round trips, canceled flight, 3000 euros, although the airline responded in 3 days and confirmed to me that they returned the money to the flight. Practically, the flight did not respond too quickly to the clients' requests. Now it doesn't even exist on fb or chat. I guess it doesn't even exist at the physical headquarters. I probably give tzepe to remote work clients.
