Terrible experience. Was with my husband and newborn baby. I was excited to go out for dinner for the first time in awhile after having my baby and it just ended up being a stressful and irritating situation. Firstly, a blonde waitress didn't give us silverwear to eat our appetizer, then 25 minutes later she handed me the wrong food, let me touch it, then gave it to another table. THEN, we had to wait an additional 25 minutes for them to remake the correct order... After that, she stated she'd be paying for the FULL TWO MEALS. Ten minutes later came back and said she'd be paying for only one meal. After we got our boxes, she came over with the FULL priced bill. At that point, I was a little less forgiving and asked to talk to the owner. They still didn't make it right! No coupons or anything, no apologies. For how expensive the meals were and the experience, I will not be returning for this reason. Worst customer service/dining experience I've ever encountered. A "well established business" like this should be trying to better fix issues like this or maybe try to do proper training with their employees. Absolutely ridiculous and two hours of my time and money wasted. Thanks!
