Love the facility. Some dealers were a bit rude. Servers stingy on the drinks. You would think they would be a bit more accommodating given the current times and having bars closed. It s Monday and Hurricane Laura expected landfall on Thursday so they closed the pool area. Instead of just automatically reimbursing the resort fee we had to complain in order to get it taken off. It was a beautiful day so we paid for a day pass at Laberge since they were not closing. After spending the day next door, we got back to GN only find that they had decided to open the pool. Guess enough people complained but that left a bad impression for us. We love Landry s restaurants and all food was excellent. We would love to come back, hopefully in a more accommodating time. Hoping for a better experience next time.
