Hi I own a DS max flat in suncrest project.
My experience with builder has been very good.

Pros:
-suncrest project construction quality is very good
-timely completion of project.
-Supportive higher management for any issues
- graceful transition in to association.

Cons:
-3 year maintenance from builder is good but paying all 3 years upfront is difficult. Work on making flexible payment options.
- staff lower the management chain lie around and don't do a good job. Management needs to ensure this doesn't happen.
