Not impressed by the Service Representatives that ...
Not impressed by the Service Representatives that they have staff there. Went in to see if they were able to perform services to my vehicle. Instead I was responded with a default answer that Mercedes didn t have the software too. I have done weeks of research and read many forums that this function can be done with the SDS Star diagnostic tool. Yet the personnel did not want to get out of his comfy little office to ask his service tech guys to see if it could even be done. I am highly disappointed with the Service department.
