Genuinely found this company easy to work with. One of the individuals they sent over had a very milquetoast personality but the other two gentlemen were much more personable. I only mention this because I feel a large part of their performance was based on how they interacted with my employee's. I have nothing but positive things to say on the work product side of things. The exercises and analysis they provided were top notch and I always felt like they were delivering real value. I would have them back without a second thought. The cost is not cheap but it never is with consulting or any type of external restructuring. I look forward to see what type of effect this has on me and my staff over the next few months.
